PRE-GAME WARM UP EXAMPLES
In the last article we were discussing the way how to do the pre-game Warm Up, especially the part with specific floorball drills. Now we bring you two videos where you can see the pre-game Warm Up executed by Swiss national team and Czech top team 1.SC WOOW Vítkovice.

The Warm Up was 30 minute long. It started by jogging and dynamic stretching (the very beginning is not caught in the video), continued by short sprints and simple agility drills, then the players were doing individual stretching or strength and plyometric exercises. Goalies were warming up individually with help of one player. After this general phase the Warm Up continued by specific floorball drills. First drill was shooting from semicircle, then Zigzag shooting, Corners, Four corners and 3 on 0 drill which transformed into 2 on 1 drill. The last drill was direct shooting from running.

After this general phase the Warm Up continued by specific floorball drills. First drill was Corners with crossing, then Corners, Four corners, Direct shooting with passing, 3 on 1, Zigzag shooting and Three corners.
